Placing an order is simple! Just browse our collections, choose your favorite furniture item, select the size/finish if available, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete payment securely. You’ll receive an instant order confirmation on email/WhatsApp.
We accept all major payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be available on select products. All payments are processed securely.
Delivery timelines depend on your location. On average:
Ready-to-ship products: 5–7 business days
Made-to-order/custom products: 2–3 weeks
We offer free standard delivery on most furniture orders. Any delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown before checkout.
We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. For other reasons, returns may be subject to conditions. Please check our detailed Return Policy page for full information.
Yes! Most of our furniture comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
